>>86237560>Didn't really try to assassinate her character. What they did do was publicly have their livers stateI was referring to their initial termination notice which detailed a list of her misdeeds for no real reason.
>You're just an advocate for witch huntingAgain, linking two unrelated statements. Why would Selen, knowing there is dox information in her document, threaten to release it and then back down when Nijisanji says there is dox information in there? Nothing has changed from Selen's perspective.
>Doki goes "nuhuh....but also I can't show you guys them...let's just drop it, okay?"Show me when Selen said this exactly.
>She literally threatened to publicly release documents that had information regarding people who are still working for the company. Information that could result in serious harm if somebody were to do something with it.And? Do you expect that legal documents to not contain the legal information of the parties involved? You do know that it would also dox herself right?
>To which I said that just because something is legal doesn't mean that your employer will necessarily respect you doing it. Why does what Nijisanji think mean anything in relation to this?
>So I'm not even sure why you brought up the fact that it was legal in the first place. It was a stupid argument to make on your partI brought it up because you brought up that she recorded people. I don't really know why you brought it up, so I thought you were making a legal argument.
>While I understand what you're trying to say, at the end of the day unfortunately favoritism is going to always exist in any sort of field. Murder will always exist. Guess we should just suck it up.
>, if it would be so easy to prove Never said this
> if she had tens of thousands of dollars invested in lawyers, why wouldn't she sue?Because most likely her intention was to never sue for damages, it was to protect herself from Nijisanji's retaliatory tactics which they did against Sayu.
>Why would she suddenly just drop everything? Because Nijisanji stopped.
>To immediately going silent on any of the claims she made?Because Nijisanji stopped.
>Could it possibly be that the same person who said she overreacted, did just that?No because Nijisanji stopped. Why would Nijisanji suddenly go silent after their stock prices collapsed and their EN branch started to nosedive when they would have had all the evidence to prove Selen is a liar? They have all the incentive in the world to prove their case.
>Anycolor did not respond by releasing any part of the document. They paraphrased her.
> it wasn't due to harassment that her cover got privatedSelective enforcement of rules is harassment.
>and then they talked about how she had threatened to go public with information that could include dox of livers. Which she did. And?
>It scared her away because she realized that she wasn't actually thinking very clearlyProof?
>she was still upset at the company for firing her,Proof?
>she was upset at the fact that she had to start from scratchProof?
>she was upset at the fact that she had been treated like shit for the past 2 years only to be let go so easily. She had been planning to leave Nijisanji the entire time. Doki became active again in November. Last Cup of Coffee was her PLs graduation song. This idea that she was upset at Nijisanji for firing her is insane. She wanted to leave.
>All of which are completely valid, but what isn't valid is getting your co-workers caught in the crossfire of your pissing match between you and the company.Guess AnyColor shouldn't have gone public with a bunch of shit for no reason then.
>As far as my request goes, if you don't believe that there could be any harm from publicly publicizing your information online for everybody to know, feel free to leave your information then we will see you know if anything happensI never made this claim. I just don't understand how it's relevant.
>Anycolor didn't exactly decide to point the finger.Read the initial termination notice.
>Instead of thinking for 2 seconds that perhaps, maybe, just maybe you had some people who were actually worried about information that could be published that would dox themNijisanji paraphrased Selen where Selen accused them of bullying. I have no reason to not believe Selen after what Nijisanji has done in the past. So for me and the vast majority of others, the burden of proof is now on Nijisanji. They thought, from a Japanese perspective that people would believe the company, which flies in Japan. It is in direct contrast to the west where the individual is believed first.
