>>84555838>but the moment they fell behind the branch got nukedkek, it was definitely not that. For people paying attention when it happened, here is what ended up being the case
1) NijiKR was a FUCKING MESS which culminated in a talent (aided by management) suing another talent for slander, libel and "business interference"
2) Nijisanji had outsourced the whole branch to a former small KR corps (much like Hololive with HoloCN and Nijisanji themselves with their Shanghai operation) so they had zero knowledge or zero influence in what was going on
3) With the company having to axe Yumenographia because of optics, the situation for NIjiKR was reaching the same breaking point where they were better off disbanded than fixed
4) The new man in charge of Nijisanji operations
>the same one that would give that "COVID? Nah, NIjiEN live got canned because of reasons interview"looked at the big picture and decided for a pivot: doing away with "regional branches" in favour of "market branches" with Niijsanji keeping the JP market and EN keeping the "English speaking" market, and the disbanded KR and ID branches would have to pick a lane in one of these two choices
tl;dr: NijiID didn't even get canned for a reason of their own, they were collateral damage of the KR fuckup
