Ara fucking management was unconfirmed but speculated. The particular manager was known from leaks to have been the manager to take the side of Moarin in that debacle immediately after NijiKRs debut.
tldr she the defacto head of the agency Anycolor bought when NijiKR was formed to seed a fanbase. she was outed as a bully who had made national news for almost beating a classmate to death. when her agency was merging with NijiKR, she screwed over a lot of indies who had joined it like Alice Mana with terrible contractsFrom the leaked conversations with Yuya, Ara bragged about leveraging whatever relationship punitively against members of the branch she disliked, especially those who pandered to non-Koreans. she openly shit talked and spread dox about branch mates and indies in their conversations. After Yuya graduated she dropped a big Google Doc outlining their conversations but not any stuff about NijiKR that would have violated the companies NDA.
Ara sued Yuya for defamation over it (reputational damage counts as defamation, true or not; same as in Japan) along making a list of claims such as that Yuya was actually one who was harassing her, was stalking her, was threatening violence her, etc.
When the leaks happened, her other NijiKR turned her into a pariah overnight. Didn't mention her name, completely skipped drawing her in anything for the upcoming branch anniversary. In the fallout, Anycolor closed the branch, half the members whose to graduate and half stayed behind and were moved to JP.
One day with no warning several months after the merge, Anycolor completely unpersoned her without notice. She was completely scrubbed from the list of members, from the group photos of members.
