As long as Rosemi keeps her head down and keeps quiet, doesn't get implicated in the bullying, and doesn't get involved in PR stunts and gay ops like the "WE LUV OUR ARTISTS" stuff Vivi and Yu were doing, she'll probably be okay when she graduates or walks away.
But she needs to get out fast. All of the ones who don't want to be there do. The longer they are with the company, the more risk they have of being dragged into PR stunts or getting splash damage from the clique's antics.
I dislike Kyo, but I have to give him props to see the reality of the branch burning down to the ground and getting the hell out before he could do more damage to his career.
