>>100974971>They want an excuse to fire Twisty so they can bring Aster back since the guys have a much larger fan baseI don't think it's that the guys have a much larger fanbase as the girls, so much as it is the fact that Aster is a guy at all. Mind you, he has roughly 6x as many subs as Twisty, and has the second-most subs of any non-LuxNoc male in the branch, but that probably didn't really factor into their decision to not punish him.
They don't want to publicly admit that there's another male sex pest in the company, even if the admission was in the form of firing him for being a sex pest, and even if it's at least somewhat plausible that they could not reasonably have known before hiring him in the first place that he's a sex pest.
They already fired Raito for buggery, and their "make sure it never happens again" policy is less "make sure there is never any sexual harassment in the company" and more "make sure the company never has to publicly report that there's sexual harassment in the company." They were more concerned about having a public image of having a sex pest in the company than they were about actually having a sex pest in the company, and so they just swept the problem under the rug and hoped nobody would notice.
Because of Twisty, people noticed.
In the company's eyes, her actions damaged the company's public reputation.
This is why they'll fire her. Right now they're looking for a way to fire her that either technically does not violate Japanese labor laws; or technically DOES violate Japanese labor laws, but police/courts/etc. are not obligated to lift a finger against Anycolor unless Twisty personally flies to Japan and files a formal complaint at a police booth, AND the cop actually taking in her report decides that a filthy Gaijin woman levying accusation of sexual impropriety against a fine upstanding Japanese company run by fine upstanding Japanese men is a report too important to summarily toss into the burnable rubbish bin or the "we'll get to it eventually" file.
Also she's already done things that give the company an excuse to fire her. Things like suggesting on her PL twitter that she can't stream because she's suspended, which would fall under the "slanderous or defamatory comments against the company on social media" category that was listed in Zaion's termination. The fact that she actually is suspended is besides the point to them.
