Holo's graduation cherry got popped and a ton of talents bounced from management issues, travel headaches, long work trips, health issues, health issues compounding with workload, and general management being shit/abuse of the EN branch/literally trapping them in nihon over cover's own fuckups/general need for better communication between lower EN management cover middle management and cover top management which yagoo has been improving but it's a mix of after the dam burst, different cultural values, and unavoidable conflicts in direction.
For everyone that didn't have common sense the catastrophic damage that unfolded really forced them to not write off how they run things internally.
