She literally has everything she's ever wanted as a musician while still having the freedom to do whatever she wants outside of Holo. As long as she has that record contract she's here to stay, and even if she lost it I think she'd still stick around.

She's never preforming to an empty crowd again.
Ina: 25
She honestly the EN that I think is most likely to graduate, she has a successful career outside of Hololive that she's prioritized over her streamer career in the past, but Cover's so lacks they'll be happy to keep accommodating her.
Gura: 15
The only thing that I could see leading her to graduate would be health problems.
Ame: 5
She likes streaming, the only possibility I could see that would lead her to dropping Holo is if they made her put out an album against her will, but Holo is fine with streamers not focusing on the idol part of their job.

Her manager keeps ghosting her for weeks at a time and she has very little creative control on her own original songs, if could see her leaving if these problems get worse.

I mean, she's comfortable where she is, and even with her jaw surgery she made an effort to be there for her fans and coworkers, even when nobody would have faulted her for taking time off.

Got to be honest I don't know anything about her really except I don't like her singing voice but I love her taste in music.

I don't know enough to give an informed comment. But she seems to like streaming.

She's getting way too much out of it even as the runt of the litter, she's working on her first EP now, and she has a dedicated fanbase that's probably going to keep growing.
Hololive is just a golden ticket for any streamer, I really can't see why anyone would quit, especially with a schedule that's so flexible.
