>>77059387We keep going after streamers that were popular five years ago. Sonny Brisko? Over the hill. Ren? Over the hill. Kunai? Riku wanted her in the auditions two years ago. She's got 75k subscribers. Uki isn't just a clubhouse cancer–and a DISGUSTING human being–he's a horrendous streamer! Kyo Kaneko has been useless! We signed Hex Haywire, give me a break! Claude Clawmark! Aster Arcadia! Between them, that's $200 million on a bunch of drama magnets and an average revenue of $240!
The entire organization is POISONED. The entire way they go about their business is a failure. Firing Elira isn't enough, firing Enna isn't enough. If they open auditions again, and we have to sit through another 15 year retool/rebuild, you're just gonna hear from me again in 2039!
I don't care if we go on a torrid 3D debut and birthday buff streak in May and June and somehow get back to 2k average CCV, and then we scooch our way into a con venue that hasn't blacklisted us, only to get overshadowed right away by a corpo that's actually good. We have no depth in our organization. One graduation and we are DONE. This process isn't working. Our new talents have been in the BOTTOM TEN ever since Iluna, aside from the one frame of time when they graduated 3 other talents and printed out a new gen, and then we were the worst again!
There is one solution. In his final years, Riku Tazumi–who, by the way, wouldn't even have the reputation he has if he hadn't have lucked on flooding the market with Live2D talents in 2018–has the courage to get rid of the yes-men around him and fire everyone. He bought into Anycolor for $20 million, he's worth $1 billion now. He needs to use a fraction of that money he made on the backs of Nijisanji's VTuber fans and pay for a management team to come and rebuild everything.
Elira Pendora and Vox Akuma cannot be trusted to be the faces of this organization. They need to graduate and go off into the sunset and play mahjong with the hundreds of thousands of dollars they made on their cushy paychecks for a job that they had a longer leash for than any streamer in the history of the modern era of VTubing. Let someone qualified come in and run this corporation.
At this point, we would need a HISTORIC turnaround to even be mildly relevant. Everyone says "HoloEN numbers are botted," and they might be in comparison to others. But NijiEN isn't better than HoloEN or Vshojo. We're not even better than Phase Connect! And the fact that we're only incrementally better than IdolEN is exactly the kind of indictment on this organization that we need. The lack of success that this roster has is a referendum of what we've already seen with the Yugo graduation, the Zaion termination, the secret GC stream, Nina and Mysta's graduations, and the excruciating last four months that only led to this. I mean, sisters are more worried about Vox Akuma eating pasta than the entire organization not knowing how to teach corporate talents HOW TO IGNORE BAIT POSTS!
