The EN branch is going to be, hilariously, shut out of the EN market and will be yet another asia-focused branch. Niji is already moving in this direction and starting to promote the EN branch on various Japanese talk shows, and promoting their merch at Nijifes in Japan.
NijiEN was a fucking catastrophe. They didn't understand the market, they weren't run well at all.
1) No understanding/accomodations for western norms.
>Meetings at midnight, severe workschedule that caused several to shut down completely and stop streaming, brutal management that didn't treat people with dignity.2) Awful hiring choices motivated by numbers. They started hiring a bunch of random >Fleshstreamers because big PL numbers and it was a disaster every time. The creepiest thing is how they started hiring people based on certain fetishes the managers had, like hiring Aia because of her femdom routine (also managers kept pushing the talents to be more femdom, it was weird, clearly some sweaty little guy pushing his fetishes on the girl).
3) No understanding of the market
>Didn't provide even the most basic separation between genders which made their content unpalatable for most of the western audience. Started pushing everyone to appeal to JP/SEA instead, and literally just started hiring JP talents into the EN branch. 4) Nepotism
>Hiring all of Elira's friends, promoting them at the front of everything. I think the biggest issue was just how fucking disgusting the males were, it really ruined everything.
