I want Hololive to be a shining golden city on the hill, segregated from the wailing masses of the rest of vtubing below where they only ever interact with them if absolutely necessary or if it's really, really beneficial to Hololive in a very one sided way in Hololive's favor.
I got into vtubing watching Hololive and then broadened my horizons to watch NijiEN, Vshojo and others and the only take away I came back with, when I returned to only really just watching Hololive again, is that the rest of vtubing outside of hololive is a volatile drama filled cesspool that shouldn't be interacted with. All the recent dumb Niji drama that is shitting up the catalog recently is just one testament to this. I don't want the Holo girls to interact much with anyone outside the company, I don't want them to acknowledge or involve themselves with anything that could even slightly risk causing drama or 'breaking the fourth wall' (just look at Rushia, she literally got terminated exactly for this).
The rest of vtubing is like a wild west wasteland while Hololive is like a fortified echo-chamber bubble secluded from the outside world - and I want it to fucking stay that way (even internally, I want Tempus interactions kept to a minimum). Gura is the only one who seems to truly understand this and I especially don't want her to keep toeing this line. Doing Niji collabs is already thin ice.
Yeah I know I'm a schizo but I don't give a fuck because after everything I've seen, I know I'm right.
