But they did not cash out fully because Cover actually provided a somewhat promising future outlook and they ain't gonna fall anytime soon. As a result, Cover stock in the past month seemed flatlined because even though they know Cover's future is promising, they finally realize that there is no point in pumping them now, so they end up in a "wait and see" phase and no big investors will touch it until Cover provides them something really good (or really bad)
