Just look at the new God of war trailer, nordic mythology, kratos is there cause plot yadda yadda yadda, and almost at the end they show a little black girl who is supposed to be Loki's wife... since when nordic culture had black people? Never, we all know is just pandering to that audience. Yes I'm aware kratos's old actor and new one are black and they do a fucking amazing job, the problem is that either the game developers or the black suits (mainly the latter) might have told them to put a black girl in the trailer for pure tokenism which in essence is... racist.
The trailer didn't show a community of black people, it just showed that little girl as if she was the cherry on top and expected to be applauded for it, who in a million years would have thought that god of war, a violent game about killing gods would do the tokenism bullshit? The answer is: everyone who knows what america does to entertainment in general. If you wanted to include
people of color so badly in the game with ragnarok then you could make visits to the african gods, egyptian gods, etc or make them appear as allies since we all know Tyr used to travel between realms that would have been amazing instead of the tokenism they are playing with.
Another example, game trailers, if you look at the recent fps games you will notice a pattern: " white woman with sjw hair, black man, asian man, latino and the white guy is usually the bad guy who is being beat up or they just go against an army of white guys"
Another one: "Captain Marvel movie being the only movie on cinemas for a whole day world wide, I'm a fucking 3rd world spic and didnt believe the rrat, then i checked the online movie catalog in the cinema and boom... only captain marvel thw whole fucking day." This was made for some feminism bullshit that america was pushing so bad, movies people wanted to watch that day were wiped out, even national ones just for captain marvel.
So in short, the schizo is not that much of a schizo, is happening to things we thought were gonna stay apolitical and neutral forever and sadly people who want to enjoy apolitical stuff are being told by people like (You) that they should fuck off.
