Indie groups are lucky to have their best streamer at a thousand live viewers, Selen can get around 5000. Nijien is inclining over time but people like Pomu who wanted to be in Holoen and accepted Nijien as a 'consolation' hurt it. Pomu is also kind of a shitty personality in general. They didn't try to take any risk, and just followed what Hololive did, but they didn't have the exposure Holo had in the west already, and they weren't the first. Making Holo Discount would get discount numbers (for the west).
They should have tried to get more than the overdone formula of cute girl doing cute things, some unusual talents, maybe one similar to Lee Roha focused on an instrument, and most all males, this was the big thing to go for, and they missed the mark and don't stand out at all.
