Blaming X for something going wrong with Y is the easiest choice for threadreaders because you don't have to watch streams, you can just watch X. Nerissa's problems began on that infamous Balatro stream where she downright said "I play videogames as a job"
If a talent doesn't like to play videogames, what options does she have? Zatsus, karaokes and handcams, I guess. She did a lot of zatsus, a whole fucking lot, and what happened? "Jailbirds" got mad at her. Handcams need perms so that's ruled out most of the time too, so that leaves karaoke, which she does every three months of so because you can't do a karaoke weekly, that's not a thing that happens in real life.
