I don't mean this as a slight, but the other HoloENs are very loud, they are very noisy. Ina is not. It's genuinely a niche in the market to have someone who largely drops the theatrics and parasocial baiting to just "be live".
And while there are some independents with similar approaches, they don't have the production value of Hololive and their performances aren't as good as Ina.
Ina feels like a person, while most vtuber performers lean into personas overmuch.
That's what makes her so magnetic.
