Best I can think of, is that, in Spanish, the letter i is always pronounced "ee." Selen doesn't speak Spanish, and so I'm not sure why she says it like this every time.

Is this not how you pronounce this word?
Ni - Ji - San - Ji.
IIRC, the "i" in Japanese is pronouncing similarly to the "e" in English. "Ki" is pronounced "Key".
So, Knee - G - San - G.

Can an anon that has done the reps tell me if I'm wrong?

the vowel sounds are correct but they aren't supposed to be elongated like that and sounds weird to a native or practiced speaker.
basically it's "nijisanji" but she pronounces it like "niijiisaanjii"

She just has a super-thick accent saying it, it's actually a pretty approximate pronunciation. Reminds me of being in school when kids would go "it's not like 'pokiemon', it's 'po-kay-mon' " for emphasis.

She just drags out syllables/has a weird prosody period, like she'd say "be right back I'm gonna go get a glass of waaater." Anything with a long A or O sound to it she'll commonly drag it out as an inflection. It's not like the valley girl accent but just something else.
