Alternatively, maybe Coco reads here occasionally, if you're streaming from an open room and basically need to be in the open (gunpla or cosplay etc), you can buy sound-damping panels for windows and they work pretty well. They can completely cut out bird noises that are right outside the window, so it probably works for loudspeakers on a road too. You could just put them on the window when streaming. Can't remember what these things are called though, had them at my old place.
Between special microphone settings and the panels, its probably enough for the stream to not even pick up a siren, but I guess it's really dangerous because some autist might pick it out at 2db even if the streamer didn't hear it.
What a pain in the ass.
