I wrote a thing for the abusive thread but realized it wasn't really abusive, hopefully you guys can appreciate it.
"Why?"
The gentle, shaken cry floats towards you among the rotten stench of decaying flesh and the sweet scent of lavender incense. The archaic circles ascribed with dried blood and dotted with runes from dead languages. The countless tomes and scrolls adorn the small top of this lighthouse, loud with the clockwork of the spotlight accented by the waves that crash below. It's taken a lot of time and effort, but you did it. The ritual to have summoned her, your beloved Ina'mis.
You focus your attention on her, the small, petite frame accented by the evening twilight. The various appendages limp on the floor as the rest of her stands, shaking slightly. Her sweet, adorable face is contrasted by a sharp and piercing expression. Her eyes twitch slightly as her hands ball into fists.
"I told you," almost yelling "we could hang out in discord. We could do video calls, I even used my powers to get you off but, it was supposed to be just that!"
You open your mouth but words fail to come out. You are shocked, how could she not be happy? After all, we've been together for years now. You stammer out a response. You saved up enough money to support her for years to come, You had planned to propose! So what if a few people had to donate themselves for this project? They would never know and they would never understand.
"No!" She cuts you off before you even get a word in "Don't you understand!?!?" The shriek patters off, nearly a sob "I like this world." Her face falls as the air becomes stiff. You start panicking inside. It wasn't supposed to be like this, your perfect day. You had been plaining this for so long. That's when you realized something, you sniff around and fail to smell anything. The mechanisims powering the lighthouse, you can feel it's vibrations but no longer can you hear it nor the waves below. You peer into the many windows to see... Nothing. The light the spotlight produces ends right before it touches the outside. In fact, you notice the light starts to rescind inwards slowly. You yell at Ina but no sound comes out. You try moving but body is suddenly slow and sluggish. You focus your attention to her once more and make out the outlines of something behind her in the distance. You can't really tell what it is but it feels like it is also her.
"I.." She continues "really, really liked you too.." She sniffs. Looking at you with a sorrowful, pained expression.
