4) existing fanbase; lets be serious here, had she not dropped off the face of the earth to join hololive, senz would have been racing fbk to 1mil, still this is a bit overblown, many of 'her' fans were too high and very slow on the uptake most not realizing the connection till gura was past 1 mil subs.

6) of all the en girls she presented the strongest game streaming experience, in fact she probably was the most comfortable youtuber of the group, having been making youtube content for nearly a decade. this meant she knew how to play the algorithims, and know how to make thumbnails to get views.
