>>11562594Moving it three weeks to the middle of the day during the middle of the week was certainly not when most people would be able to attend. Her being able to read a comment about how someone was taking the day off for her new timeslot and be flattered, without thinking about all the people who got burned because they did that for the last one that she suddenly canceled, was a particularly tone deaf moment from her in a week of them.
The point about Watame isn't that Mori needs to be a stream monster, it's that she prioritizes her fans who enable her to chase her dream, instead of devoting time to her roommate while claiming that she's too busy to be the sheep. Watame also does a great job of living up to her commitment to her fans, doing a weekly Fever for example. There's also nothing that obligates Mori to use Japanese producers, and she was still able to put out more music, using largely the same people, in the same amount of time in her past life without the power of money to throw at problems.
The tour wasn't her paying people back, nor should she have to because a good friend wouldn't ask her to fuck over her career for them, but instead because she wanted to do it because it was cool. That wouldn't have been an issue but her decision to proritize that over the things that she promised to her fans, and yet she couldn't even explain things to the people who she expected to be okay with that, despite the fact that when something happens like that, the significant majority of Holos will provide some sort of explanation even if they don't go into details, not just say 'deal with it'. Even people like Sora who aren't particularly parasocial with their chat shared the fact that she had a death in the family when she needed to take a week or two off suddenly.
