>>11856718The most recent plan I am aware of is that she said she would only use her camera if she was doing something IRL and had to, i.e. cosplaying, makeup, cooking, gundams, but this was before the Souchou debut where it became clear her vtuber persona was a completely separate character (unlike Daikou) and would become her main online persona. So she may change her mind and just not do that stuff on Youtube (or at all) depending on how autistic she is gonna be about roleplaying.
But on the other hand she has expressed interest in cosplaying Souchou, and the Youtube channel hasn't been completely converted into the Souchou channel, so I assume she is gonna still show up there at some point. We probably won't know until the much anticipated Halloween cosplay stream if the vaccine doesn't cancel it.
