But then I realized, unless it's a duet, the recordings can happen on different days. If it is someone super famous like Kanno or Uematsu or Kanye, couldn't the famous person simply record their stem on the day of the festival, and have Mori record her part on another day? But if it is a duet then it would be better to do it simultaneously. However if she has to meet with, say, a producer of a track, to talk about what kind of sound she wants for it, then it's not a case of "recording separately" as a meeting to discuss this is definitely a "collab" type of event.

Podcasts are notorious content hunters and commonly have gaps to fill in their schedule. If it was TT another schedule gap would be available for her in 1-2 weeks max.

Not to mention how difficult it would be to remember and spend time with everyone in a 46 member meetup, that will likely only go on for a few hours.

Or, Cover wants her to produce a song for something like HoloAlt and prioritized it over her participation. Or simply, Cover values her music over her participation and gave the go ahead for a new Mori MV.
