>>11932622>>11932287You know, I thought it might be this for a while, some big name wants to record a song with her and it's the only day they're available. But then I realized, unless it's a duet, the recordings can happen on different days. If it is someone super famous like Kanno or Uematsu or Kanye, couldn't the famous person simply record their stem on the day of the festival, and have Mori record her part on another day? But if it is a duet then it would be better to do it simultaneously. However if she has to meet with, say, a producer of a track, to talk about what kind of sound she wants for it, then it's not a case of "recording separately" as a meeting to discuss this is definitely a "collab" type of event.
>that day is literally the ONLY day I can record something extremely importantThis is not a podcast recording, those can easily be rescheduled. Podcasts are notorious content hunters and commonly have gaps to fill in their schedule. If it was TT another schedule gap would be available for her in 1-2 weeks max.
>something extremely importantThis definitely means music to her. And snce she mentioned it, it will be a hololive / Mori related song.
>HoloAlt OPPossibly, but why would Cover create a scheduling conflict for her? But, I could totally see management telling her to do the music recording instead of the festival.
>but the festival, networking inside the companyIt's minecraft. She already built things for the JP EN server invasion. It would be fun for her to meet everyone from all branches but she has been doing a lot of that recently, such as her collabs with holodeath and Reine. Not to mention how difficult it would be to remember and spend time with everyone in a 46 member meetup, that will likely only go on for a few hours.
>TLDRIt is 100% not a podcast as they would never have trouble rescheduling her within 1-2 weeks. It is a either meeting with a huge name in music, to discuss the content of the track. Or, Cover wants her to produce a song for something like HoloAlt and prioritized it over her participation. Or simply, Cover values her music over her participation and gave the go ahead for a new Mori MV.
