So many choices she made, which may have seemed inconsequential at the time, put her in the position to make even more decisions, again seemingly with no major consequence, all the way to the audition. Combined with that, it's hololive, not niji, not prism, not sony. And within hololive, she's in the first generation. And, her genmates are relatively sane and talented and hardworking.
She may have had the best run of luck to get where she is now. I'll bet it still feels like a dream even after this long. And it is. But now that she's here, the good luck she receives won't seem quite as huge as what already happened. Except maybe if she gets to write an original with Eminem. That would be on the same level as this.
Really it comes down to her hardworking nature, the connections and friendships she nurtured and expanded, her kindness and willingness to deal with people who may be close to or far from her ideals, her fun optimistic and determined disposition, and really really good timing. She would be the first to know the importance of timing, and of not letting time pass without grabbing it with both hands and your entire soul.
