There's plenty of examples of realism in drawings, these drawings aren't realistic in the slightest.
Not to mention that's not the question I asked, I asked why you feel that people who jack off to things you don't like (cartoons I might add) justifies the deaths of hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians, as you claimed that "unironically, two bombs weren't enough" in response to it. Calling for people's deaths as an overreaction to an ultimately harmless thing sounds quite fucked in the mind to me.
