You can fanta to a different race, you can pay for a name change, you can even transfer to a different DC. NONE of that matters, because you have a profile on the FFXIV website (Lodestone) and the ID identifier for it NEVER CHANGES NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO.
So no matter what Ina does, all the stalkers have to do is load up her permanent, static lodestone page and find out what her new name + server is.
