FPS aren't fun to watch unless the streamer is either very good or has some sort of gimmick like Nene or Ame.
Westerners have awful taste in video games.
Nips aren't any better with all the stupid gachashit they play.
Multiplayer games have had all of the fun sucked out of them by matchmaking algorithms and overmoderation (don't say "run away" in Japanese or you'll get banned). Singleplayer is objectively a better experience.
I've seen a lot of clips that make Elden Ring look really janky or casual and it's still literally the only game I'm looking forward to for the next year or so.
Does anyone even give a shit about Fortnite still? I'm old and out-of-touch.
