The previous two gens both had cracks in them namely Finana needing to get laid real bad and Petra being kind of dull, but the overall package was pretty solid, can't say the same about gen3.
As for gen4, its pretty simple. I don't mind male vtubers existing or even male collabs, but they're definitely not for me. I watch vtubers to hear cute girls. If I want to watch guys, I don't need them to use a cute/hot 2d avatar, it adds nothing to the content for me, it might even be an unwanted distraction. Its not "muh pure waifus" unicorn faggotry, I'm just not interested in the content
