I worked at a garage for a while where the manager was the 23 year old son of the regional manager. Man liked to talk down to the far more experienced floor staff and managed to force out several mechanics with more experience than he'd been alive.
I drive past there sometimes, all the staff are literal children now, a shame used to be a good garage.
