You don't seal interior laminate flooring.
Real wood is a different thing altogether, but even most solid or engineered wood floors already have a protective layer that's the finish they come with. If you do have solid or engineered wood floors, you can sand their finish off, restain, and reseal. But that's more of the Paint Departments territory.
But back to laminates, when installed correctly, laminate planks form a pretty close bond, and the only thing you really need to seal is the perimeter. You do that with a flexible silicone sealer underneath your baseboard. The reason you use a _flexible_ silicone is the same reason why you don't put a solid coat of sealer over your laminate- wood floors, even laminate, respond to moisture present and will expand and contract a tiny bit depending on the weather and/or humidity in your house. This is why when you install floors, you leave a 1/4 to 1/8 expansion gap around the edges of the room, which you cover with base or quarter round, and seal with the previously mentioned flexible silicone to prevent water or moisture from a spill getting through.
Now, if you want to seal your laminate because you're afraid of water getting through, most moderate- to expensive, laminate floors have both a better protective wear layer on the top- and grove systems where they join and lock together to prevent spills from getting underneath to your underlayment/subfloor.
Good luck, anon!
