They didn't. Which means they are in this mode:
>No future plans, but fuck it, if you're good we want you on-file.So basically, expect a situation like JP5-6, which was about when they went open for stuff in JP iirc, where they didn't do anything for over a year because they were good, but eventually locked enough in to throw a gen out. Except even longer, because EN is a side branch, so they won't feel a need to do much extra with it.
Basically, you'll only see a HomoEN if they pull five exceptional talents from a pool and decide "that's good enough for us, okay." Same with EN3; Nothing on that front until they get five exceptional applicants. Same with VSinger: that's basically just gonna be IRyS forever, I imagine.
