>>17340021My university used to have this "general rule" in order to do well. For every hour of lecture, you are to do 3 hours of study at home on what you were lectured about.
Here's a 4 course schedule I actually had in university once. In my uni 4 courses was considered a full term and only crazy people or people in pleb majors took 5.
>two Mon,Wed,Fri classes, 1 hour each 18 hours study
>Two Tues, Thurs classes, 2 hours each 12 hours study
>Labratory session if you're in the sciences, Once a week, 3-4 hours (If moom is in sciences this is her busy day)12 hours study using the 4 hour one I had
>Misc """"tutorial"""" sessions where you sit in class with a grad student teaching and going over what the teacher did. Some classes have it, some dont. Its fucking gay. Lets just be generous and say you have only one of those a week, so 3 hours study.
TOTAL 45 hours of study a week, Note a 40 hour work week is considered a full time job.
>168 hours in a week>Minus 8 hours of sleep a day to be healthy is 112 left
>Minus lets say 2 hours total a day to cook and eat Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, so 98 i left
>Minus 30 min a day, including weekends for other stuff, to compensate for driving or taking the bus to school or shopping or something. totaling 3.5hoursso that puts it at 95.5 hours
>Minus the 45 hours from the above sciences major full course scheduleOnly 50.5 hours left
>Lets be nice and say it takes 1 hour a day to do all the animal care needed to take care of animal 43.5 hours left
>MMiscellaneous shitpotsing and daydreaming and being ditstracted by shit will take up in total another hour a day36.5 hour left
>Teeth bruhing before and after bed, plus shower and getting changed is another hour a day, add in making your bed and other random preparedness hit29.5 hour left
>Church, 1 hour on Sunday, and throw in 30 min of staying in bed hitting the snooze alarm sometimes a week28 hours left
Enjoy your 1 day off lol . Pray to your favourite God you don't have to meet with a councilor to adjust your schedule or have to run an errand like going to the bank or some shit during finals week.
