Happy first anniversary, anons.
It's been quite the ride, hasn't it? From the early days of 15-minute cooldowns and manual trading, to the server issues that plagued the game right after adjustment, all the way to today, with coins almost costing tens of times more than they did initially, gacha, auctions and more, it's definitely been nothing but a wild experience for me.
The community has changed quite a bit over the past year, from incessant FUDposting and BUY BUY BUY SELL SELL SELL spam in the early days, to the holocaust arc, the dickposting arc, the nasfaq gf arc, and now, where NASFAQ has a solid community of players, and is now more a community game than anything else. It's been a great experience for me, and for many of you too, I imagine. The old ritualposts of graphs and numbers have gone and daily and weekly reports have come and the community oc that has been made throughout the journey has really been great, the best of anything I've ever had the opportunity to participate in, to be honest. While many notable players and corporations have left over the span of the game, new players have joined, creating a vivid community, and I honestly can't express how nice everyone has been here. The thread fun, the aggie, the secret discord, the mahjong, everything's really been fantastic, and I thank everyone here for being part of it.
Honk and devchamas, thank you so much for the game you've created, your continuous work and dedication to improving the experience and adjusting for player needs has really helped keep the game interesting. server-side autotrader when NASFAQ has really been a new and interesting experience, different from anything I'd ever done before. I thank you all, and wish you the best moving forward.
To all players, thank you so much for everything, I wish you all the best.
