Gee what a surprise Risu never really took off. ID tag is definitely a debuff however no doubt about it, but she and loafy just never really tried hard to break out like Moona did. I'd think basically the lack of streaming did more than anything else, you have to grind yourself in as an always-there option to gradually get more and more people to notice.
Personally I also think her accent is kind of thick and her voice is too cheesy/fake sounding. Kind of like Kiara's chimpkin voice, the Risu voice is a lot worse than the Ayunda voice and apparently she just cannot change it. The way she talks in English is kind of flat and monotone, she is not actually very emotionally expressive and this makes her a little.. dull, in a lot of streams. I think, because again that voice tone is hard enough to both hold onto while focusing on speaking English that the treerrat brain does not have enough computing power to also emote thoroughly. She for the longest time also had a hardcore rhombus model even worse than Gura's, which was amusing in its own way because she could make it do a derped look on command if she wanted, but she now finally has an incredibly cute/expressive model quite a while later only recently.
