You're right that Kronii not embracing her Minecraft autism was very bad self-sabotage. She has way more off-stream hours in Minecraft than on-stream and those would've been easy 15k+ streams. It was probably a mental thing for her since she clearly knew that's what people wanted, but intentionally blue balled her audience.
Sana probably had the worst debut week in recent memory (next to Laplus, but Laplus is actually enough of a star to make Shadowverse as a first game stream work). Everything about Sana is self-sabotage, to the point where even if she had the best model in the world, she would destined to be the worst in HoloEN numberwise.
Bae was essentially screwed the moment she revealed her timeslots were Australian and personally, I think her overly hyper streaming style is a filter. Not a huge issue tho and I think she's inclining recently by having clippable moments and associating with more popular Myth members.
Mumei was crippled by school, inconsistent scheduling, and taking forever to finish games (she's still playing BoTW after 4 months). I don't know how people can argue she's underperforming tho, her numbers are solid and there's not many Holomems that can pull 14k+ on guerilla karaokes.
Fauna just has collab autism and seems afraid to collab with anyone outside of Council except for Gura. She also has the Ame issue of disappearing in big collabs, but from the start, Fauna was destined to be niche since ASMR/the mommy thing filters a lot of people.
