Interesting streams have lower viewer churn rate.
In all seriousness, while Gura (or EN in general)'s CCV is obviously culled, you can't just compare two streams' view counts and make assumptions about their CCVs unless you have a bunch of other factors (i.e: their engagement rates, how many viewers watched them off stream, etc.) as well.

You can make general comparisons though, and no matter how you cut it, a stream that has three times as much CCV as another stream should not have the same or in fact lower view counts as another

You fucking retard, did you forget the average watch time and the length? If a stream has 100k ccv and nobody leaves, it will have 100k VOD views when the stream ends, while a longer stream with 20k ccv can easily get 200k VOD views when it ends if people only watch a couple of minutes and leave
Even in same duration VODs and similar ccv, if one has more viewer retention it will get less VOD views than the other stream. Then you factor in real VOD views from other timezones after the stream ends and CCV can't correlate to VOD views at all

The only thing it was useful for at the start of CCVID at the end of December was noticing the oddly high VOD to CCV amounts, and only because it was so wildly off (3k CCV stream ending up with 100k VOD views for an hour and a half long video when all other streams that Holomem had would indicate that's more of a 10k+ stream).
Using it to compare different lengths and TYPES of streams across different streamers is a fool's errand.

It's an 11-year-old song and the cover doesn't really add anything to it, though. I don't see a reason to listen to it over Kokia's original.

Both Konami and Sony are putting all their eggs into Nijisanji so that they can become bigger than Hololive in the future. >Gen 5 Schizo
One of the oldest schizos who has been around for a while. Popped up when his Nijisanji oshi (Ars) had her 3D debut beaten in numbers by Botan's debut. This schizo's legacy goes all the way back to /hlg/ on /jp/. Unlike the Reddit Duck schizo this one can be pretty aggressive and can shit up threads. Approach with caution.
>Pakora schizo
This one is fairly recent and popped up when Pekora didn't stream on Christmas Eve. I am of the belief however that this is not a single schizo and is just a bunch of people shit posting. Pekora is a big target in this thread since she is one of the biggest bringers of numbers. People saw an opening to attack her and hopped on it.
>Last Samurai schizo
Much like the Pakora schizo I don't believe this is a single schizo. These are just people on the EN side of the endless EN vs. JP timeloops that we have here. Last Samurai proved to be an insult that got under the skin of the JP supporters so it became popular with them.

Then there are other schizos that pop in here from time to time like the Marine schizo and the Fauna schizo. They aren't super important to point out though because the infamous Marine schizo infects all of /vt/ and goes all the way back to /hlg/ on /jp/. They are not specific to this thread. I also believe the Fauna schizo and the Council schizo are one in the same.

That is why in a lot of ways I think Holos like Migo and Subaru are in some ways superior to Pekora when it comes to numbers. Those two bastions of positivity and joy never stress about anything and they still put up huge numbers without even trying. Pekora, while getting better numbers overall, is always stressed out about the numbers and goes out of her way to make sure her schedule is tailored for maximum numbers potential. I think people underestimate how liberating having an avatar is. Most successful facecam streamers have been on record saying that they purposely over exaggerate their reactions and the person they depict on stream is not representative of who they really are irl (though I myself think that's a bunch of bull since shit like that has to come somewhere). Someone shy and wouldn't normally act out in front of a camera would be more able to express himself with a mask. I remember I watched this one clip of a Brit(?) Tv show where the audience wore mask and got to decide the actions of some guy which led to the guy getting run over or some shit. She has. Minecraft is her major buff game when she does a hype build or story arc.
It's the same as with Aqua and Apex, she has to play good to survive long enough to gain a high peak.
If pekora does uninspired minecraft stuff she wont reach her full potential there either.

But Pekora's main strength is that she can play obscure random games and get decent numbers. She does this with basically anything except for some really bad debuff games.

The most obvious example of this is her recent karaoke. You can look through the last 4-6 months and you’ll common see her hit anywhere from 11-14k avg/14-16k peak for her karaokes. This was when she was essentially away from gaming as a whole, and most tuned out from that. She plays Apex a few times, does a karaoke one day and that karaoke gets near 18k avg/ 22k peak. The better approach here to ME is that being the gamer maid she’s known for enables her to do other things too with good results, rather than her being essentially a one trick pony

Eh.. yea I might have over done it with only apex. My "point" is what you're getting at. She abandoned Apex which led to her lower numbers over time last year. She will get lower numbers for other normal streams then apex. But if she plays other games does karaoke etc. and gets mid 20k and on top of that gets 30-40k in apex she is a solid high A tier in my books.

aqua gets big numbers when she does hardcore gaming streams, the problem is the only hardcore gaming streams shes done for the last year and a half are apex
apex is a buff on top of the hardcore gaming streams because of apex autists, but if she grinded a souls game or had another jump king etc she could get 25k-30k with todays viewership easily
if she went back to smash it would also be ~30k+ because of smash autists
