>>17861395The way I do it consists of making it from at least two layers.
The very first layer is a base texture that is directly "glued" to the skin. It's made of basic pube shapes from the vanilla game and mods. If I want to give that layer a different style I can use the bodypaint option to modify it with additional shapes (though it often looks like crap because the colors look different even though they're the same exact hex number). The only downside is that this layer from what I've learned so far is not removable so any next edit I'd like must consist of completely new card (Ina model for short).
The second and any next layer consists of 3d accessories made by modders (bush for short) and I lay it over the base texture. This way those two compliment each other very nicely like second layer gives the first layer more volume while first layer gives the second layer depth so it doesn't look either "glued" or like it's balding.
With the second layer I am free to change it's shape any way I like, change it's color or the shadowing of it, make shapes consisting of multiple ones etc. (the current one I'm using for example consists of one base texture and two different bushes layered on top of each other with different shade of purple). The only things that limit me here is my imagination, my sanity and the very first texture I don't want to cross beyond otherwise we would get the balding effect.
The reason why I don't do "both variants" is because shaved or any additional trimmed style must be entirely new card. Any next costume she wears for the

It's just a lot of work that I currently cannot afford (I've already had to put soudpost reps on hiatus). maybe in the future when I somehow organize my workflow and free time better I can do multiple, but for current time I have to roll with one card, hence why I collected poll feedback from here and horni thread to settle with one card. For any anon upset that it's not shaved, trimmed or fucking dinnerplate all the way to her belly button-looking I'm sorry but seeing those polls go almost 50/50 on every choice infuriated me even more.
That's pretty much it hopefully that shines some light on why things are like that currently.
