The city is dirty, construction work everywhere, traffic jams everywhere. Trees and public gardens are destroyed for new housing, public transportation is late and dirty. It's rough, it's honestly rough to traverse,especially for Asians. The grey weather doesn't help either.
It also have very dangerous neighborhood but Asian tourist agencies have been warning people for years so it's common knowledge compared to 2010
