>>18180216IIRC her initial plans were to be more like a jontron type experience having fun playing shitty games and being wacky all around, but, permissions paranoia shat on that aspiration almost instantly. Her motivation got killed fast and so did Mumei's when her hopes to do history streams got totally killed. However, Mumei eventually recovered and has been carving a niche while Sana seems to have not found a comfortable mode of streaming.
Sana does like to do what she can actually have fun grasping aka pokemon but seems to have fallen totally off the general Holo meta. Like for example I actually really liked her Minecraft streams and that's just ded, etc.
There's also a factor of I think her situation is in a negative feedback loop ever since the dogdied arc - she is aware people get mad at her for taking breaks, feels no obligation to try to cater to them ('fuck you tee-hee') so takes even MORE breaks. At the same time, she must see constant complaining about too much pokemon the past few months so in essence I think she's gotten fed up, like "well they get mad at me whether I'm streaming or not so why even bother" - mostly because she's played animal crossing and pokemon and not much else lately. The other thing is when she is on suddenly it's kind of an overload all at once and a lot of people are gonna look and see a like 8 hour VOD and at best go "uh, some other time", try to skim it if they're lucky or otherwise balk at the idea of watching so many hours of such repetitive games she likes.
If Sana actually tried doing something different, ideally a week chock full of very-different things than she's done... she'd quickly be able to regain interest, I fucking bet. We've gotten used to Sana being in kind of a rut and if she pulls herself out I hope to god people would be like "oooh right, sana exists!" again and she'd be happier seeing people liking her more and encouraging her. For example Sana GTA V could be very interesting - the more out-of-touch a girl is with that game's brash, stupid ultra-masculine nature, the better the contrast, it basically can't go wrong.
