No need to even mention the Haato situation. If of all people Fubuki doesn't bother to act buddy-buddy with her genmates, and the two who lack numbers, Mel and Aki, don't bother to try and initiate some sort of gen-reconciliation friendship story which the JPs would eat up, why would you think EN are orchestrating some sort of grand scheme to pull the wool over the eyes of their viewers? If they weren't close HoloEN could have gone in the individual streamer direction from the start and you wouldn't feel like there was anything off about it.
