Also, because SFW fetish artists actually (usually) pay more attention to the details of the fetishized thing, I'll presume the examples you're thinking of are more focused on the ACT of something like getting a footjob and therefore spend an inordinate amount of time drawing a perfectly-crafted dick and carefully illustrating the fluid dynamics of the jizz; or if it's NSFW that just so happens to feature feet, they're drawn with minimal detail cuz the emphasis is on T, V, & A
Whereas a SFW footfag pic either needs to have detailed feet, cuz that's the point, or it's just good art in general that has to have better general compositional quality than typical coombait because it's meant to stand on its own as art, not make your eyes glaze over while you jerk off.
