- the problem occurs every 10 minutes, 2 seconds (approximately).
- the right channel pauses for 70 ms. something (don't know what) performs a linear interpolation from the last sample before the pause to the first sample after the pause.
- 44 seconds (approximately) passes as the two channels remain out of sync by 70 ms.
- the left channel pauses for 70 ms, again with the same linear interpolation as the right channel displays.
