compared to animals with obvious aestetic traits (like those crabs with the 1 giant claw, or peacocks) it's basically set in stone what they want from each other unless there's brain damage or something
but we men have strong specific preferences that are far off of each other. there's guys that like the supermodel body type, guys like you that like em chubby with a fat ass, thighs and tits, and lolicons like me who want them to have no ass, no tits, no hips, slim, and petite+short as possible.
women seem to be much more, narrow in their preferences (stereotypical chad), but where does this huge variance come from in men.
plenty of guys have "societally unusual" preferences in women despite being otherwise completely functional, competent, and socially well adjusted (ie. we're not all braindamaged or anything like that).
