She was incredibly vague and said it was the only thing she would consider leaving everyone for. Basically she said the offer didn't please her and to take it would mean doing things she wasn't comfortable with even though she would be guaranteed successful.
Sounds like bullshit but she nuked the vod and deliberately did not elaborate. Take into account she is the one that got Fauna into ASMR in the first place and they were inseparable a year ago, she's incredibly passionate about her model (she has over 100 art commissions and said she waited over two years for her dream model) and is arguably more parasocial with her chat than they are with her, as WELL as being a noted massive Hololive fan as far back as 2018... you can put the pieces together.
IMO it's better this way, she's clearly happy where she is and doing incredibly well financially for an indie of her size given she's said she supports her entire family. Having her in Holo would undoubtedly cause her a ridiculous amount of stress to her and she would be incredibly neutered there, a watered down Gura. Everything that makes Shadow great (her unpredictability, her basedness, oversharing, the fact she just comes out with random bullshit) wouldn't fly in Holo. That and being a clinical schizo of course.
