The males are growing fast and pulling the others along, but the growth isn't all that dramatic in the long term. Nijisanji isn't going to have the same kind of brand power as Hololive; if/when Hololive is overtaken by someone, it's gonna be some new player in the industry that'll also outstrip Nijisanji along the way.
I'm just happy they're doing good right now.
