We got a name off of the associated Twitter account, but its activities date to no earlier than 2017, too.
Meaning that there's no evidence of any activities preceding June 2017, circa 1 1/4 year pre-debut.
That's not exactly a showbiz professional deciding to sign up with some internet startup doing weird things with Live 2D just because she can. That's a girl interested in entertainment experimenting a little bit, and then stumbling into Hololive over the course of her experimenting.
I mean, I'm pretty sure nobody believed that she cared NOTHING about that kind of entertainment, given that she wouldn't have found Hololive in the first place if that was the case. Just inexperienced. And that's essentially confirmed by the dox.
It's always possible that a streamer makes something up (Fubuki and her 'First Time' drinking alcohol...), but the dox doesn't actually touch anything Subaru has said about her past live except maybe embellishing a little how little she knew about the internet. But to be honest, if 'Posting selfies on twitter' is now 'Internet experience', we're setting a pretty low bar.
