just streaming burns you out quickly, most "old" Holos basically use it as an outlet and focus most of their energy on stuff like radio shows, idol stuff, VA stuff, music, sponsorships and so on
it's actually a very smart business strategy and it makes you look good, since you're not using your talent as pump and dump commodities but actually letting them pursue other career avenues while in the company
