You want analysis on Ame's creativity? Here goes.
Ame is very creative, but she is extremely self conscious and critical. She HATES dragging on jokes too much. She will rarely abandon jokes completely, but she immediately starts to downplay them and shame chat for referencing them too much, she then makes the joke again at some point.
She procrastinates too much to make most of her stream creatively kino, WHICH IS PRACTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE EXPECTATION ANYWAYS. That's why Enma told her to that "she can just stream games" and not worry about it too much. It was because Ame was anguishing about wanting to do more creative streams.
She has a blockage when it comes to coming up with completely creative stream concepts, because she did many early on, and now doesn't want to repeat herself, and she can't find an idea that isn't a massive chore to make happen. Her more maintainable creativity is often more in her small jokes, as seen in the Jackbox stream. And McThankies.
