I'm guessing she got 200 free draws from the promo (100 guaranteed + more free draws at boosted SSR (15%) rate until you get 5 or more SSRs).
After you do 300 draws in a single banner, you can pick any rate up SSR, so she's probably annoyed that she didn't get 300 free draws.
Which is really greedy of her since it's vanishingly unlikely to get to 300 free draws
