>>21535390While that last part with the crown could be interpreted as that, I also think it has something to do with the "ニセモノ注意!" sign that had a crown on it, the twist being that as the audience we are lead to believe that the sign refers to the male fan that wears the wig (from the eyes of the female fan it also looks like that, during the confrontation the sign appears in the background again as to emphasize it) but in the end it turns out the "king" of fakes is suisei.
I think that what it means because the crown only really appears in the sign and during the last scene where she puts it on, also it reminds me of Oshi no Ko where they say that the best idol is the biggest liar or something among those lines, a manga she reads and likes.
