Its not bait. Chrono Trigger is overrated for its gimmicks. Gameplaywise both games are simple and easy as fuck, the best thing they've got going for them is the soundtrack, however, CC's world is more detailed and interesting and its story has much more emotional density than CT, specially since it plays off on you own nostalgia/sense of belonging and identity.

Kiara telling Mori she'll have to set some new dreams made me think about what exactly will Kiara aim for next. We're on the edge of 3D idol activities becoming more common, especially if she focuses on con appearances. She still wants an album and to form official units. This will likely all take a year still but that all sort of comes under being a proper idol, kind of inevitable she'll push things further again. Feels like voice acting is the natural next step.

As much as I love Kiwawa she is not a good voice actor. Which is kinda ironic since she basically already is a voice actor as a vTuber...
But when she has a script in front of her her tone of voice becomes super fake and she is hamming it up in all the wrong ways.

I'm German and as cute as her WoW lines are - especially with her dialect coming through - they are rough.
And I was mostly referring to Mori's Merryweather collab around christmas where all of Myth had more than a few lines.
Between streaming, dancing reps, Korean reps and having an actual life away from work I can't see her doing VA lessons as well.

if it were a census for Dokomi it'd be a pretty terrible idea because the cross section of KFP and Dokomi attendees is pretty small.
The majority of KFP won't go to Dokomi. And the majority of attendees won't go to Dokomi for Kiara.
And even the portion of KFP that does attend Dokomi will be terribly unrepresentative of KFP as a whole, since it's so much more easier and practical for german KFP to attend than those from overseas.

Nothing that makes her fun/interesting to watch has anything to do with her lore.
I actually feel like her power rangers esque default outfit and fast-food lore has been a significant handicap for her, especially early on when she didn't have alternate costumes to switch to.

I could very well imagine her being noticeably more popular if something like pic rel was her design at debut.

Her fast food shtick is part of what made her fanbase pretty loyal and gave her the option to be “bossy” to her viewers and give off the feeling that it’s in character (Kiara telling KFP to make assets or do things on Twitter for her).

She makes it work in the sense of emphasizing useful aspects like employee/boss relationship and cuts what doesn't appeal. Making it work doesn't necessarily mean she wouldn't have benefited from a different design or lore.

Yeah I mean the phoenix mythical creature girl was a good start, it definitely didn't need to also be a sporty fast-food worker AND a warrior - she worked out something pretty great from a mess of a prompt. A lot of it is just leaning on the parts that work and going from there.

The whole manage + employee relationship is pretty core to her fan interaction now. In both adding colour but also keeping people in check. You could do the same sort of thing with other set ups, but not many could make it work as a fast food restaurant. The normality of it also works kinda nicely, with just enough of an edgy twist. Sometimes I wonder if priestess would've suited her better but that aspect being so direct wouldn't be as fun. Probably partly why Ina doesn't lean on it so hard.

I honestly think the impact a design has is exaggerated. I mean look at IRyS it hasn't stopped her. Design only really effects pre-debut shit or if it is totally horrendous and nobody could make it work.
